no matter what the project, i go through this process every. single. time.

01. DISCOVERy

Here's the thing. We can't build you awesome systems and strategic action plans unless we get REAL clear on what you really want. The first step is always discovery. I ask some tough questions about your goals. I make you dig out your metrics and we talk about what's working and what's not working in YOUR business. Forget formulas. Forget what the guru's say. We look at your business, dig in (deep) so that we can figure out the best way forward for you, based on your data, your strengths, your open rates, your engagement.

02. STRATEGy

Once we have a clear picture of where you're at, we can look at which area of your business needs the most systems love and create a strategy to move forward with a clear trajectory to your goals. This is a collaborative process and we prioritize one thing at a time and create a strategy to tackle it head on.

03. ACTION PLAN

The devil is in the details. If you can't take clear and focused action on the strategy we develop then I'm not doing my job. I help you break down every single action that needs to happen, what pieces of technology you'll need and help you create a timeline that works.
